Sales: We do not sell direct to consumers, except for our test marketing site freshstyle.com which gives us basic information about consumer response to our product. Pricing at the site is at full retail value.

Returns: We stand behind every product we make: if you are not satisfied for any reason, simply call us for a return authorization number and we will arrange to pick up the merchandise. We only ask that you inspect the merchandise prior to decoration; once it is decorated there is no way for us to remedy the problem.

Purchasing: A strong relationship with our vendors is very important to us. We do not purchase from vendors who do not meet our standard of ethical business practices, both here in the US and abroad.

Legal: As a leader in the tie dye industry, we find that others are tempted to copy our art and our tie dye styles. We do not agree with this, and have copyrighted every one of the tie dye styles on this site, except the rainbow spiral which we consider to be public domain.
